Return Policy:

7-Day Returns:
Items purchased from SaffronAge are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only in the case of issues related to misprinting, damage, or defects. No return will be allowed if the customer has received the product(s) correctly as per the placed order.

To initiate a replacement request for misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please email pictures of the product along with the original packaging, shipping label, and customer details to resourcesunifirst@gmail.com. Once verified by our support team, a refund/exchange will be initiated and conveyed via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:
Items can be exchanged at no additional cost in the case of misprinting, damage, or defects. However, for exchanges of wrongly ordered products, customers are responsible for bearing additional delivery costs, including shipping the wrongly ordered item to our office and shipping the new item from our office to their address.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Returns are not accepted for products listed on sale or provided through gift vouchers.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right with your next delivery.
